噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

Sandblasting room  is our company in introducing foreign advanced cell technology based on the floor, , the development, the design of the environmental protection cellular gush arenaceous (shot) room by ourselves, according to customers' product characteristics, sandblasting design requirements, etc. Cellular floor gush arenaceous room is the wind power by fan for abrasive materials, will back through the pipe to cyclone separator suction of separation and finally into gush arenaceous system recycling.

兼有以內優缺：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、爐料(liao)(liao)回報率高，以便清換爐料(liao)(liao)；

3、核心組(zu)合件器(qi)件均應用(yong)進口貨(huo)物(wu)品，極具功(gong)能平穩，安(an)會可以信(xin)賴，施用(yong)蓄電量長(chang)，服務器(qi)維護簡簡單單；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、超聲波焊接機(ji)使(shi)用冷凝機(ji)組清(qing)灰，1級使(shi)用風暴溶(rong)合器(qi)，第三級用濾清(qing)器(qi)式清(qing)灰機(ji)系統，其(qi)總清(qing)灰速率能達到(dao)99.99%上(shang)文；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各程序(xu)電機操控(kong)模式用到互鎖操控(kong)，當之中一(yi)程序(xu)展(zhan)現(xian)常見故(gu)障(zhang)時，關于(yu)程序(xu)均終止(zhi)工做，噴槍終止(zhi)噴涌；

8、房(fang)體(ti)主要包括(kuo)房(fang)屋建筑裝修設計(ji)的，外貌(mao)整潔、美觀大氣、標準，降噪音結果好(hao)，且使用(yong)更(geng)便捷。
